Notes
Drop the Bavarian yeast in favor of a clean American wheat strain, then layer Cascade and Amarillo for that Pacific-Northwest citrus voice. The wheat carries the body and head; the hops carry the aroma. The American Pale Ale's softer summer cousin.
Brewer: American wheat strains throw none of the banana-clove of Bavarian hefe — the hops have to drive the character.
Packaging: Carbonate to 2.6 vols. Drink fresh.
