American clean bittering — workhorse 60-minute hop.
Description
Released by Yakima Chief in 2001. Warrior is the standard American clean bittering hop — high alpha, low cohumulone, smooth bitterness. Almost flavor-neutral when used early in the boil. The pragmatic choice for IPAs and stouts where the late additions carry the character.
