Description
Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus are functionally identical — collectively known as CTZ. A workhorse American high-alpha bittering hop with pungent, dank, earthy character that turns sharply garlic-onion if mishandled. Beloved as the bittering backbone of double IPAs and big stouts.
