Magnum
Clean, neutral, high-alpha bittering hop.
Description
Bred at Hüll in 1980. Hallertau Magnum is the European answer to American high-alpha hops — clean, neutral bittering with a smooth profile. Widely planted in both Germany and the US; a default 60-minute charge for IPAs and lagers when you want bitterness without character.
