Super-high-alpha bittering with citrus edge.
Description
Released by Hopsteiner in 2006. Apollo posts some of the highest alpha-acid percentages on the market. Used for clean bittering with a hint of citrus-resin character, mostly in big West Coast IPAs and double IPAs where every IBU per ounce counts.
