Higher-alpha English bittering hop.
Description
Released by Wye College in 1972 as a high-yield, high-alpha English bittering hop. Earthy and spicy, with sage and marmalade notes when used late. The default 60-minute hop in many English bitters and stouts where you want efficient bittering without losing the regional voice.
