Description
From the Spalt region near Nuremberg. The fourth German noble alongside Mittelfrüh, Tettnang, and Hersbrucker. Soft herbal-spicy character with woody undertones. The traditional choice for Franconian and Bavarian lagers, Kölsch, and altbier.
