Riwaka
Bright grapefruit and passionfruit Kiwi hop.
Description
Released by NZ Hops Ltd in 1997. Riwaka is famously expressive — vivid grapefruit and passionfruit with a juicy lime finish. Limited-supply variety; best deployed late and as a dry hop in Pacific pale ales and IPAs where its fruit can shine.
