Nelson Sauvin
White-wine and gooseberry — singular Kiwi character.
Description
Released in 2000 by NZ Hops Ltd, Nelson Sauvin earned its name from a striking resemblance to Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Gooseberry, white-wine, and tropical fruit make it a one-of-a-kind hop. Powerful late and dry-hop addition; small charges go a long way.
