Hersbrucker
Soft, hay-like German noble hop.
Description
Grown in the Hersbruck region of Bavaria. Lower in alpha than Mittelfrüh and softer in character — gentle floral, earthy, hay-like aroma. Use late in continental lagers, German pilsners, and Märzens where you want noble hop presence without intensity.
