Styrian Goldings (Celeia)
Slovenian Fuggle descendant — refined earthy-floral.
Description
Despite the name, Styrian Goldings is a Fuggle-derived Slovenian hop, not an English Goldings. Refined earthy-floral character with subtle lemon and spice. Indispensable in Belgian ales — Orval famously dry-hops with it — and excellent in English bitters.
