Description
Bred by Sapporo in Japan in 1984 from a Brewers Gold × Saaz cross. Lemon-pith, dill, and coconut — a love-it-or-hate-it character. Brooklyn Brewery's Sorachi Ace saison made it famous stateside. Use in saisons, witbiers, and lemony summer ales.
