Kiwi noble-style hop — orange marmalade and floral.
Description
Bred by NZ Hops Ltd from Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Pacifica reads as a noble hop with a southern-hemisphere twist — orange marmalade and citrus over a familiar floral backbone. Use late in pilsners, helles, and modern Pacific lagers.
