Bramling Cross
Blackcurrant-forward English aroma hop.
Description
Bred at Wye College in 1927 from Bramling × a wild Manitoban hop. Distinctive blackcurrant and lemon character — a one-hop ticket to that classic British 'cassis' note. Excellent in stouts, porters, brown ales, and any English ale that wants a fruit accent.
