Westmalle-derived Trappist for high-gravity beers.
Description
The Westmalle strain again, packaged with high gravity in mind. Robust fermenter that handles tripels and quads above 10% ABV. Plummy, phenolic, and surprisingly clean once it finishes. Pairs naturally with Belgian candi sugar additions.
