Malt-leaning Bavarian lager strain.
Description
Bavarian lager strain with a slight malt bias — pulls bread and honey notes forward. Use for Märzen, doppelbock, helles, and dunkel where you want the malt to lead. Slightly less attenuative than W-34/70.
