London ESB Ale (Wyeast 1968)
Fuller's-derived English ale strain — malty and fruity.
Description
The Fuller's strain. Drops bright quickly thanks to extreme flocculation and leaves a malty, fruity finish. Lower attenuation pairs naturally with fuller-bodied English bitters and ESBs. Rouse the yeast or rack carefully — it crashes hard.
