London Ale III (Wyeast 1318)
The classic NEIPA strain — soft, fruity, hazy.
Description
A Boddington's-derived strain that became the standard for Northeast IPAs. Soft, fruity, slightly under-attenuating — leaves residual sweetness that complements hazy hop loads. Stays in suspension long enough to drive haze and biotransformation when dry hopped during active fermentation.
