Southern German Lager (WLP838)
Malt-forward Bavarian lager strain.
Description
Pulls a touch more malt and faint fruit ester forward than 830. Higher flocculation drops bright easily. Excellent for malt-driven lagers — Märzen, helles, dunkel — where you want a little extra body and roundness.
