German Lager (WLP830)
Liquid Weihenstephan-equivalent lager strain.
Description
Liquid form of the workhorse Weihenstephan strain. Clean, dry, slightly malt-leaning. The default liquid choice when W-34/70 isn't an option. Performs well in pilsner, helles, märzen, schwarzbier, and dunkel.
