Description
The most-used lager strain in the world, dry-pitched. Comes from Weihenstephan and works for almost any lager style — pilsner, helles, märzen, schwarzbier, dunkel. Clean, slightly malt-leaning fermentation with a touch of sulfur that drops out with conditioning.
