Lightly toasted base malt — Vienna lager bedrock.
Description
Between Pilsner and Munich in kiln intensity. Adds a honeyed-biscuity malt depth without the heaviness of Munich. Foundation of Vienna lager and a useful 5–15% addition to amber and red beers.
