Description

Continental Vienna malt, kilned slightly higher than Pilsner. Self-converting; up to 100% in Vienna lagers and Märzens. Adds a honey-biscuit kiln depth between Pilsner and Munich. The traditional base for Mexican Vienna-style amber lagers.
