Briess toasted malt — nutty biscuit character.
Description
Briess' kilned-and-toasted specialty malt. Similar to biscuit malt but with a more pronounced nutty edge. Use 5–10% in nut brown ales, amber ales, and pale ales that want roasted-bread depth without color.
