Spelt Malt
Heritage grain — nutty, rustic depth.
Description
Malted spelt — an ancient relative of wheat. Adds a soft nutty-bready character with a rustic edge. Use 5–25% in saisons, farmhouse ales, and Belgian wits where you want a slightly different grain voice than wheat alone.
