Belgian crystal — concentrated dark fruit.
Description
Dingemans' signature dark caramel malt. Pronounced raisin, plum, and burnt-sugar character. The defining ingredient in Belgian dubbels and quads. Use 2–8% — past that the prune-leather note overwhelms.
