Beechwood-smoked Pilsner — Bamberg's signature.
Description
Pilsner or Munich malt smoked over beechwood. Weyermann's Rauchmalz is the canonical example. Up to 100% in classic Bamberg rauchbier; 5–25% adds smoke depth to porters, stouts, and Scotch ales.
