Pale, clean, classically continental — base for lagers and pilsners.
Description
Lightly kilned 2-row barley malt with clean grainy-honey character. Lower modification than 2-row pale; takes a step or decoction mash well. Foundation for German pilsner, Bohemian pilsner, and most pale lagers.
