Mid-roast — milk chocolate without sharpness.
Description
A lighter-roast cousin of chocolate malt. Milk chocolate, toast, and nutty character without the sharper coffee-roast edge of full chocolate malt. Use 5–12% in brown ales, porters, mild ales, and dunkels.
