Pale Ale Malt
Higher-kilned 2-row — fuller bready base.
Description
American Pale Ale malt sits between standard 2-row and Munich. Higher kiln yields more bread and biscuit character without sacrificing diastatic power. Useful base for amber ales, ESBs, and APAs that want more malt presence than plain 2-row provides.
