Rich malty-bready character; backbone of Märzen and Oktoberfest.
Description
Higher-kilned base malt with rich melanoidin character. Use up to 80% in Märzens and Oktoberfests; smaller percentages add depth to amber ales, stouts, and Belgian dubbels.
