Kiln-shortcut for decoction-mash maltiness.
Description
Weyermann's high-kilned malt designed to mimic the melanoidin development of a decoction mash. Use 5–10% to add decoction-style malt depth to Märzens, doppelbocks, and Scotch ales without the extra mash step.
