Flaked Rye
Pre-gelatinized rye — spicy dry character.
Description
Adds the same spicy, peppery, dry character as malted rye but with less effort. Use 5–15% in rye IPAs and Roggenbiers for a peppery accent. Sticky mash — use rice hulls.
