Lightest adjunct — extreme dryness, low character.
Description
Pre-gelatinized rice. The most flavor-neutral adjunct available — drives gravity without contributing flavor. Use 10–25% in American light lagers, sake-inspired ales, and any beer pushing for maximum dryness with minimum body.
