Silky body for stouts and NEIPAs.

Description

Pre-gelatinized rolled oats. Use 5–15% in NEIPAs for silky mouthfeel; 10–30% in oatmeal stouts for body and creaminess. No diastatic power — needs a base malt to convert. Sticky mash; rice hulls help with sparge.
