Dark crystal — raisin and burnt sugar.
Description
Pushes into raisin, dark toffee, and burnt-sugar territory. Use 5–10% in brown ales, porters, and old ales to add depth and color without roast bitterness. Easy to overdose — tastes raisin-y past 12%.
