German caramel malt — richer, less sticky.
Description
Weyermann's mid-color caramel malt, available in I/II/III grades around 30–60L. Richer, drier, more malty-caramel character than American crystal of similar color. Use 5–10% in dunkels, doppelbocks, Märzens, and Belgian dubbels.
