Floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt from Moravian barley — Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner is the canonical example. Sweeter, more honeyed, and slightly more characterful than German pilsner malt. Foundation of Czech pilsner and any decoction-mashed continental lager.
