Belgian Pilsner Malt
Slightly sweeter pilsner — Belgian ale base.
Description
Castle Pilsen and Dingemans pilsner malts are the classic examples. Slightly sweeter and softer than German pilsner malt; the standard base for Belgian ales — singles, dubbels, tripels, saisons, witbiers — where you want a clean canvas for yeast and sugar.
